Stars Cosmetics (India) Pvt. Ltd., has launched the all new 12 colors lip rouge palette. The palette also is in new design which allows you to refill one or more colors when they are exhausted. The product is designed on international formulation, wherein the bulk comes fro Europe and the final product is finished in India by the company.
